Frequently asked questions

How long is a gift card valid?
Your card is valid for six months from the date of purchase. The date appears on the card received by email.
Can it be used more than once?
Yes. You can use your card gradually, according to your wishes and your schedule, as long as it is still valid.
Can a gift card be refunded or exchanged?
Gift cards cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded. They can, however, be used more than once throughout their validity: you enjoy them at your own pace, on whatever appeals to you most.
Can a gift card that has expired be extended?
The six-month validity cannot be extended. The simplest approach is to book as soon as a date suits you: a call to +32 492 820 546 is all it takes, and we will find the right moment together.
What can the card be used for?
For the private spa, the Aquadôme and treatments with many of the centre's practitioners. As our practitioners are independent, each chooses the treatments they accept gift cards for; medical team consultations and sessions with Julie are not included. Give us a call and we will tell you straight away what your card covers.
How do I book with a gift card?
By phone, on +32 492 820 546. Online booking does not handle gift cards: by calling us, you can be sure of being directed to the practitioner who accepts your card, at a time that suits you.
How is the card sent?
By email, within minutes of ordering. You can print it to hand over in person, or forward it directly.
Can I choose an open amount?
Yes. You set the amount, and the recipient then decides what they would most enjoy.
Can it be offered to two people?
Yes. The private spa and Aquadôme treatments exist as duo packages — a gift card can therefore cover an experience for two.
What if I lost my card?
Contact us at welcome@forestbrussels.be: we will find your order and resend the card.
