A cuisine that does good, without saying so.

Forest Café was born of an obvious truth: extending care of the body through attention on the plate. No diet, no trend, no speech — only carefully chosen products, simply cooked, and served in a room we wanted soft, light-filled, almost silent.

The menu evolves every month with seasonal arrivals. Bread is risen on-site, juices pressed on demand, and coffee comes from an independent Brussels roaster we've loved from day one.
