Who it is for

Perrine guides holosomatic Breathwork sessions, a conscious-breathing practice that opens access to states of deep release. She welcomes people with settled stress or anxiety, those carrying tension whose origin they cannot find, and those wishing to explore their inner landscape differently. No prior experience is required.

How a session unfolds

The session lasts around 1h30 and takes place lying down. After settling in and a few guidelines, Perrine guides a sustained, continuous breathing accompanied by music. The body reacts in its own way: tingling, warmth, emotions surfacing, sometimes the release of old tension. The breath then slows gradually and an integration phase allows a gentle return. Group sessions take place on Thursdays from 12.30 to 2.15pm.
